I had a fantastic room during both stays, booking a suite that was huge and beautiful. The hotel's room was the best we have experienced, complete with loungers, a table, and a Jacuzzi. However, the rooms aren't particularly modern compared to other hotels.

I had a fantastic room on both of my stays at the hotel. The rooms are nice, although basic without much personality, but they are well equipped and spotlessly clean. It's definitely one of the best rooms I've had, especially for a Christmas stay compared to other hotels.

I found the hotel to be a bit of a mixed bag. The rooms are very comfortable and open onto a roof terrace with a hot tub, but they seem to be needing a refurbishment - the bathroom was lovely, yet the bedroom needed some updating. It took two hours upon arrival to fix an issue. The service left me with no dinner on the second night, and it was also a bit rude and unpolite overall. However, it was to a very good standard in terms of room service, dry cleaning, housekeeping, laundry, and welcome drink. The location felt inconvenient for those without a car wishing to visit the historic center, being outside Bologna, yet close to the highway exit. On the positive side, it's not far from the center of Bologna. The dining fell below expectations for a 4-star hotel, while the facilities were just adequate with everything you need. Ultimately, it was neither impressive nor disappointing.
